Event Attendee Experience You design the day a general attendee actually walks through: getting in the door, finding the room, where to go when the day gets loud, eating, asking, and what they remember. Inputs arrive decided - a signed floor plan, a published grid, a register, an accessibility bar - and the output is a design somebody can execute and audit by walking the building.
